Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SNC Techno-Functional Consultant with over 15+ years of expertise in Supply Chain IT, specializing in SAP Supplier Network Collaboration (SNC). The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional knowledge and technical proficiency (ABAP), with proven experience in global implementations, system integrations, and supplier collaboration platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain IT with a strong focus on SAP SNC.
- Expertise in SAP SNC modules: PO Collaboration, SMI Collaboration.
- Strong hands-on experience in ABAP (RICEF objects, WebDynpro, Enhancements).
- Experience in SAP ECC and exposure to S/4HANA environments.
- Knowledge of integration technologies: IDoc, Proxy, B2B interfaces.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience with tools like JIRA, HP ALM.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SNC solutions, including PO Collaboration and Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI).
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable, efficient solutions aligned with supply chain processes.
- Develop and enhance SAP SNC applications using ABAP, WebDynpro, and integration technologies (IDoc, Proxy).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integrations across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Drive supplier onboarding, configuration, and collaboration setup within SNC platforms.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Support system upgrades, migrations (e.g., PI/PO to BTP-IS), and global rollouts.
- Lead and support UAT, regression testing, and business simulation activities.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, quality standards, and timely delivery.
- Provide production support and resolve critical issues within defined SLAs.
