Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions on SAP SuccessFactors modules, including hands-on labs for end-users and admins.
- Develop customized course materials, user guides, and assessments aligned with latest updates (e.g., S/4HANA integration).
- Provide post-training support, gather feedback, and refine programs for 90%+ learner proficiency.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in SAP SuccessFactors training/implementation; certifications (e.g., SuccessFactors Employee Central) preferred.
- Expertise in core modules: EC, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals.
- Strong presentation skills; experience with adult learning and virtual tools (Zoom/LMS).
