About the Role

We are seeking anSAPSuccessFactorsEmployee Central (EC)Senior / Lead Consultantwith5-8years of overall experience andat least4+yearsofSAPSuccessFactorsexperience.The candidate should haveexpertiseinat leastoneadditionalmoduleamongstPMGM/LMS/Compensation/VP/CDP/People Analytics with Story Reportingexperience,along with EC.

This role is within ourSAP SuccessFactors practice which runs both client implementation projects andApplication Management Services (AMS) model. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused consultant who can provide comprehensive support for multiple SAPSuccessFactorsmodules in a customer-facing/ leadingrolesinrotationalshifts (ifrequired). Priorimplementation/AMSwork experience for global customers is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide client-facingimplementation/supportservicesinSuccessFactorsECand other modules to global customers
  • Hands-on experience ofhandlingprovisioning systemand multiple instances.
  • Willing to work in a dynamic environment, providing client and internal stakeholder management, handling critical incidents, independentlyanalyzingissues, managing incidents, and delivering presentations
  • Experience troubleshootingcritical &live production issues,including P1 incidents
  • Regular monitoring of the system for any potential issues
  • Strong knowledge of data interaction and integration between multiple modules ofSuccessFactors
  • Ability and willingness to learn new modules and technologies

RequiredSkills

  • Candidate should have been part ofat least2 SF implementation projects inSuccessFactorsEC & other modules.
  • Should haveledprojects,possessingexpert level knowledgeand hands-on experienceinECmodule
  • Strong knowledgeofEC Core concepts like Metadata framework,business rules,IntegrationCentre,data migration
  • Strong knowledgeofSuccessFactorsRole-basedpermissions of multiple modules
  • Should have experienceinCoreEC, ECBenefits & EC Timemodules
  • Strong knowledge in IntegrationCentreand IntelligentCentrecapabilities.
  • Managing configurations, updates, andhalf-yearlyrelease support forSuccessFactorsmodules
  • Excellent problem-solving and analyticalskills, experiencedriving operations and mentoring consultants
  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills
  • Work independently/ collaborativelyasrequiredwithmulti-cultural teams deliveringSuccessFactors/ SAP HCM solutions to the customers

Good-to-haveSkills

  • Experience or working knowledge in other modules ofSAPSuccessFactors,especially Compensation/Analytics/Reporting
  • SAPSuccessFactorsexternal integrations (BIB/P2P etc.) knowledge would be a value addition
  • Certifications in1 or moreSAP SuccessFactorsmodules
