Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant with strong implementation and configuration expertise in Employee Central and Time Off. The candidate should have hands-on experience in full lifecycle implementations and be capable of independently managing configurations, integrations, and support activities.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification

Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations in SuccessFactors Employee Central

Hands-on experience in Employee Central Time Off implementation

Strong Knowledge Of

EC Service Center

Employee Central / Employee Profile

IAS (Identity Authentication Service)

Integration Center

Experience handling bi-annual SuccessFactors release management

Knowledge of People Analytics and Story Reports

Experience working in matrix organizations and balancing project & service line priorities

Key Responsibilities

Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet business requirements while following best practices

Design, implement, and support complex business processes within SAP SuccessFactors

Lead configuration activities for Employee Central and Time Off modules

Manage high-priority support tickets, escalations, and issue resolution

Participate in bi-annual release activities and system upgrades

Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements

Provide guidance and recommendations aligned with global HR processes

Ensure proper documentation including validation documents, KEDB, and SOPs

Present project status updates in weekly and monthly governance meetings

Good-to-Have Skills

Strong understanding of global Employee Lifecycle Management processes

Experience working with ITIL-based support models

Experience handling incidents, changes, and service requests within SLA

Vendor coordination for upgrades and system performance improvements

Experience in documentation and quality compliance

Proactive mindset toward service improvements and optimization
