Role Overview:

We are looking for a professional with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding (1.0 & 2.0). The role involves leading the design, implementation, and optimization of recruitment and onboarding processes, while ensuring seamless integration with overall HR systems.

Key Skills Required:

Hands-on experience in Recruitment & Onboarding modules (R&O 1.0 & 2.0)

Strong configuration and implementation experience

Experience in workflow design, requisitions, and onboarding journeys

Integration knowledge (SAP CPI / MuleSoft good to have)

Experience with Employee Central (preferred)

Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations

Certification in SAP SF R&O 1.0 (2.0 preferred)
