Capgemini is seeking a leader with a strong SAP SuccessFactors (SF) background to lead an SF Rollout program named POT(People Operations Transformation).The person should also be good in customer facing role and should have the ability to successfully steer the program to success. The candidate should have a builder and pragmatic mindset the firm seeks not only a strong leader who can articulate a vision, but one who can also drive execution of that vision in a very concrete manner that results in tangible business outcomes (bookings, contribution margin, revenue, market recognition).The role demands a high level of autonomy a strong appetite to drive change and overcome organizational complexity and a high level of drive to build a business from its current strong foundations to a potential billion-scale business.
Additional Responsibilities include:
.Building the new foundations of the offer, strengthening the value proposition and articulating the unique business value
.Responsible for pre-sales and delivery
.Working as deal coach for the bid teams to secure the win of large and/or strategic deals in his/her area or across the account.
.Exposure to large-scale customer platforms deals/engagements with multinational clients in the market lead conversations with clients CxOs/VPs of client regarding platforms architecture and technology.
Location Preference: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata
The candidate must have 15-20 years of experience in HR Transformation with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. A Bachelor's degree is required MBA is strongly preferred.The candidate must be motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction. They must use their intellect, insight, and ability to build creative solutions with clients and colleagues while embracing a collaborative mindset.
Key qualifications include:
.Should have extremely good customer facing experience and a Program manager, who can be the Customer Single Point of contact for all SAP SF services delivered to customers.
.15+ years experience in SAP HCM and or SF Projects with experience in running implementation and rollouts in an offshore / onshore model
.Should have strong background of SAP SF / HCM.
.Has gained experience of achieving results through effective team leadership and thorough planning, control, and formal review of projects.
.Should have solid experience in working with multiple country rollouts and multi-tower model of delivery
.Has strong planning, communication, and presentation skills, is proficient in both project quality management and awareness of program management.
.Has an analytical and creative approach to problem solving.
.Has sound understanding of the costs of IT (project and lifetime) and the ability to model and cost proposals
.Understands the interdependency of business processes and information systems
.Provide consolidated management reporting to the Customer and Capgemini on the services performance
.Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
.Very good judgement skills and ability to shape compelling solutions and solve unstructured problems with assumptions
.Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural and multi-functional teams spread across geographies
.Strong executive presence and entrepreneurial spirit
.Superb leadership and team building skills with ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration rather than direct line authority
