Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced SAP SuccessFactors professionals across multiple modules on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SuccessFactors implementations, support, and integrations across core HCM and Talent modules.

- SAP SuccessFactors EC / HCM Consultant (Payroll, Time & Benefits)
- SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant
- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM + Succession Consultant
- SAP SuccessFactors Talent Module Expert (LMS / RCM / ONB / PMGM / Succession)
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central (EC), Payroll (ECP), Time Management, Benefits, LMS, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goal Management, and Succession
- Work on end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and production support projects
- Manage integrations with third-party systems using SAP CPI / Integration Center
- Perform data migration, validation, and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Support UAT, go-live activities, and post-go-live stabilization
- Ensure compliance with HR processes and system best practices
Key Skills Required:
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors (EC / Payroll / LMS / Talent modules)
- Hands-on expertise in Employee Central Core, Payroll (ECP), Time Management, and Benefits
- Experience in LMS, Recruiting (RCM), Onboarding 2.0, PMGM, and Succession Planning
- Knowledge of integrations using SAP CPI / APIs
- Experience in implementation, upgrades, and support projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience Required:
3 to 10+ Years (Role dependent)
CTC Range:
- Up to 35 LPA (EC Lead)
- Up to 28 LPA (Other roles)
Location:
Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad (Hybrid 3 days WFO)
Shift Timing:
5:30 AM 2:30 PM (Australian Shift)
Notice Period:
Immediate to 15 Days Joiners Only (Mandatory)
