We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to design, configure, and support Performance & Goals Management solutions. The role involves implementing PMGM modules, aligning performance processes with business objectives, and ensuring seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules.

Experience: 8+ years

Work Location: Philippines / India (Remote)

Contract Period: 6 months, extendable

Shift : Australia Shift - 6 am to 3 pm IST / 8 am to 5 pm PHT

Required Skills & Experience

• 8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with strong focus on PMGM module
• Hands-on experience in goal management, performance forms, calibration, and route maps
• Experience in PMGM configuration and implementation projects
• Good understanding of HR processes and performance management lifecycle
• Experience in integrations with other SF modules (EC, Compensation, LMS, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of role-based permissions (RBP) and data models

Preferred Skills

• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM
• Experience in global implementations or multi-country rollouts
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools (Stories, Canvas, etc.)
• Knowledge of SAP CPI / Integration Center

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goals Management) module
• Design and manage goal plans, performance forms, and performance review processes
• Support end-to-end PMGM implementations, enhancements, and rollouts
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations
• Integrate PMGM with other modules such as Employee Central (EC), Compensation, and Succession Planning
• Perform system testing (SIT/UAT) and support deployment activities
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability
• Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and training materials
