Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Consultant to design and implement performance management frameworks that align employee objectives with organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Goals Implementation

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module
• Design goal-setting frameworks and performance review cycles

Integration & System Alignment

• Integrate Performance & Goals with Employee Central and Compensation modules

Analytics & Reporting

• Provide analytics and reporting on performance outcomes

Training & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Train HR and business teams on module usage and best practices
• Collaborate with leadership to align performance processes with business objectives
