Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant

Location: Hyderabad, India

Experience: 68 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant to lead and manage end-to-end onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the Onboarding module, and will be responsible for implementing and optimizing onboarding solutions to enhance the new hire experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Process Management:
  • Facilitate end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and initial training.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure new employees have all necessary resources and access.
  • Employee Orientation:
  • Conduct onboarding sessions to introduce company culture, values, and policies.
  • Ensure new hires are well-informed about their roles and team structures.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Assist in collecting, verifying, and maintaining required documentation from new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to schedule and plan onboarding activities.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand department-specific onboarding needs.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Engage with new hires to address questions and provide ongoing support during their initial period.
  • Develop feedback mechanisms to measure and improve the onboarding experience.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of onboarding processes and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain onboarding materials, including guides and checklists.
  • Reporting:
  • Track and report on onboarding metrics, such as new hire satisfaction and time-to-productivity.
  • Provide regular updates to HR leadership on onboarding activities.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Implementation:
  • Design, set up, and test prototype and production Onboarding instances.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and platforms.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, bringing leading practices to discussions.
  • Make business cases for SAP technology solutions recommended to clients.
  • Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
