Engage with clients to analyze their recruitment and onboarding processes and identify how SAP SuccessFactors can enhance these functions
Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support
Study SAP SuccessFactors Delta releases and recommends new features
Integrate ONB20 with Recruitment and Employee Central
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients to ensure effective use and adoption of the implemented modules
Implementation of ONB20 with ONB 10 existing reference for the client
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement services to clients
Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams to integrate the Onboarding and Recruitment modules with other HR processes and systems
Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, releases, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations to clients
Prepare project documentation including process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and user manuals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is a must
