Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant (EC / RCM)
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM
Experience Level: Senior (Relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support to the HRIS team for SAP SuccessFactors
- Work on solution enhancements and backlog completion
- Perform system configuration and ensure alignment with business requirements
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation
- Conduct system testing (unit testing, UAT support)
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets within SLA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- SAP SuccessFactors EC certification is mandatory
- Experience in cross modules such as Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting Management (RCM) preferred
- Good understanding of HR processes and HRIS systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
