Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Implementation: Design, implement, and support complex payroll processes in SuccessFactors.
  • Payroll Configuration: Configure Gross Payroll, Net Payroll, and Tax Reporter.
  • Third-Party Integration: Manage BSI Tax Factory, third-party remittance, and Payroll catalog definitions.
  • Off-Cycle Payroll: Define and process off-cycle payroll, levy management, garnishments, and reporting.
  • Certification & Compliance: Maintain valid SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification.
  • Schema & PCR Management: Extensive knowledge of schema and PCR configurations.
  • CFDI & Agency Reporting: Configure CFDI and manage agency reporting.
  • Daily Wage Configuration: Implement integrated daily wage setups for sellers and non-sellers.
  • State Tax & Variability: Configure and update state taxes, perform variability calculations.
  • Special Payroll Components: Configure Christmas Bonus and other statutory/organizational requirements.
