Experience in implementing, configuring, and managing SAP ECP and SAP HCM Payroll solutions. Proficient in Employee Central, SAP HCM Payroll of Middle East, Time Tracking, Time Off, delivering end-to-end implementations, and providing ongoing support to global clients. Strong analytical, communication skills with a commitment to delivering innovative solutions aligned with business objectives

Hands on Experience in Point-to-Point Integration configuration and Data Replication Monitoring

Hands on Experience in Employee Central Payroll Control Center Configuration Process

Hands on Experience in writing the PCR and Schema in SAP HCM Payroll

Hands on Experience in writing the PCRs, Schema and modifying the PCR for EOS Tax and Proration in SAP HCM Payroll

Hands on Experience in E2E Wage Type, Symbolic Account, GL Mapping configuration for FI Postings

2. Production Support:

Provide end-to-end production support for complex payroll environments.

Manage payroll run cycles and ensure timely processing.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.

Review, audit, and maintain payroll records.

Work closely with HR and Accounting departments to streamline payroll processes.

Wok Closely with Client IT departments to implement and support the payroll process

Liaise with field consultants and offshore teams for project delivery.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to handle complex payroll scenarios.
