Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in implementing and managing the Employee Central module of SAP SuccessFactors, helping our clients streamline their HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and customize the Employee Central module of SAP SuccessFactors to meet client needs.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure the quality and functionality of the solutions provided.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the system.
• Assist in data migration activities and ensure data integrity during the transition to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors trends and updates to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Skills and Qualifications

• Hands on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Employee Central module.
• Experience in system configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC.
• Design, configure, and maintain EC data models, MDF objects, business rules, and workflows, ensuring accurate integration with SAP HR
• Proficiency in data migration tools and techniques within SuccessFactors.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a plus.
