Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience in SuccessFactors technologies including SAP Jam BizX Mobile and Learning modules. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model contributing to innovative solutions in the Media and Entertainment domain while collaborating with cross-functional teams during day shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scalable solutions using SuccessFactors SAP Jam BizX Mobile and Learning modules to meet business requirements in the Media and Entertainment domain.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Optimize existing SuccessFactors configurations to enhance system performance and user experience.
  • Provide technical expertise in integrating SuccessFactors modules with other enterprise systems to streamline workflows and data exchange.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SuccessFactors applications ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Conduct regular system audits and implement improvements to maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Create detailed technical documentation including system designs configurations and user guides to support ongoing maintenance and training.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of new features and updates in SuccessFactors applications.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in SuccessFactors technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions within scope and budget constraints.
  • Engage in regular communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback for iterative improvements.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in SuccessFactors SAP Jam BizX Mobile and Learning modules with proven hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Media and Entertainment domain understanding its unique challenges and requirements.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
  • Showcase strong communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Have a solid understanding of system integration principles and experience in integrating SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems.
  • Display proficiency in creating technical documentation and user guides to support system implementation and maintenance.
