SAP SuccessFactors EC -Implementation

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
• Configure and customize EC modules according to business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Story Reports for analytics and decision-making.
• Implement Role-Based Permissions to ensure secure access control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide training and post-implementation support to end-users.

Preferred candidate profile:

• SAP SuccessFactors EC certified.
• Experience with Story Reporting and Role-Based Permissions.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• 410 years of relevant experience in SAP EC Implementation.
