SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Skill / Role: SAP SuccessFactors - Learning (LMS) / EC / PMGM / RCM / ONB

Location: PAN India Tech Mahindra Locations

Years of Experience: 6+ Years Relevant in Success Factors

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Functional / EC / PMGM / RCM / ONB.
• Strong understanding of respective module and their implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of SCORM and AICC standards.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
