Work Mode: Remote

Working Hours: 06:30 AM – 03:30 PM IST

Duration: 12–24 Months Contract

Budget: Up to 2 Lakhs/Month

Experience: 5+ Years Relevant Experience

Key Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Compensation experience

• Strong implementation, configuration & production support experience

• SAP HCM & SuccessFactors integration experience

• Strong techno-functional & client-facing consulting skills

• Business analysis, solution design, testing & deployment experience

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working across multiple industries/consulting environments

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification – Mandatory

• Presales/Solutioning experience is an advantage

• Willingness to support additional SuccessFactors/HCM modules
