Description
We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 4-7 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions and ensuring a smooth deployment process. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian job market context and should be able to provide recommendations to enhance our HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs
- Design, configure and test SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Provide end-user support and training on SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 4-7 years of experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the Indian job market context
- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, Learning, Succession and Development, and Compensation
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus
