Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions using SAP Successfactor.
Design, implement, and maintain complex SAP Successfactor projects.
Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Successfactor functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP Successfactor.
Develop and maintain documentation of SAP Successfactor implementations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Successfactor with other systems.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Successfactor consulting or implementation.
Strong knowledge of SAP Successfactor modules and functionalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working with international clients is an added advantage.
