We are seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors (SFSF – SAP SuccessFactors) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in Employee Central (EC) and a solid understanding of Integration Center and related integration frameworks.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems such as ADP and SAP HCM, including both functional requirement gathering and coordination with technical teams for design, build, and troubleshooting.

This role requires close collaboration with HR business stakeholders across modules such as Employee Central, LMS, and Payroll to gather requirements, support integration discussions, and resolve issues. A strong understanding of end-to-end SFSF integration processes, data flow, and dependencies is essential.

The candidate must be capable of taking full ownership of deliverables, working independently, and proactively providing updates without requiring constant follow-up.

Note

The phrase SFSF integration is used to describe the connection between SAP HCM (on premise) and SAP Successfactors (cloud) because SFSF was the original stock sticker symbol for SuccessFactors prior to its acquisition by SAP
