About the Role
We are looking for Success-factor Expert who has worked extensively implementations and support projects.
Experience: 7-12 years
Work Mode: Work from Office(All 5 days in week)
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll implementations and support projects.
- Configure, customize, and optimize EC and Payroll functionalities as per business requirements.
- Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP HANA and other relevant modules.
- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle issue resolution, change requests, and system enhancements.
- SAP experience with strong focus on SuccessFactors (Employee Central & Payroll).
- Hands-on experience in SAP HANA environments will be preferred.
- Proven track record in implementation, rollout, and support projects.
Preference
- SAP Successfactors consultant who has worked extensively in Employee Central & Payroll.
- Candidates who can join us Immediate to 30 days would be give high priority.
