Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to design and implement compensation planning solutions that support equitable and strategic reward programs.


Key Responsibilities

Compensation Module Implementation

  • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module (salary, bonus, stock plans)
  • Support compensation cycle planning and execution

Integration & System Alignment

  • Integrate Compensation with Performance & Goals and Employee Central

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards

Analytics & Reporting

  • Provide analytics and reporting to support compensation decisions

Training & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Train HR teams and managers on compensation processes
