Job Description

  • Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Compensation, and Succession Planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, data migration, and integration with SAP/non-SAP systems.
  • Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and troubleshooting across all SF modules.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with SF release updates and implement relevant features.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing skills required.
  • SAP SF Certification across one or more modules is preferred.
