Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Hands-on configuration experience with SuccessFactors Compensation module
- Knowledge of eligibility rules, proration, currency conversion, and budget modeling
- Experience integrating Compensation with Employee Central and Payroll/HRIS
- Familiarity with role-based permissions and workflows
- Design and configure compensation templates, guidelines, and budgets
- Set up eligibility, proration, and permission models
- Integrate compensation cycles with EC/Payroll and reporting
- Create documentation and conduct admin/end-user training
- Monitor data quality and troubleshoot cycle issues
