Role Description
This is a part-time, remote position for a SAP Success Factors - LMS Trainer. The trainer will deliver engaging training sessions to learners on SAP Success Factors Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a clear understanding of its functionalities. Responsibilities include developing training materials, conducting virtual sessions, providing practical demonstrations, and guiding learners on SAP implementation techniques and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP FICO and business process understanding relevant to SAP workflows
- Experience in training and developing educational materials tailored to diverse audiences
- Knowledge of materials management and SAP-related consulting
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the SAP Success Factors Learning Management System (LMS) is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and remotely while managing time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
