Job Description

Looking for Lead - SAP Success Factors with 12-15 years of work experience in SAP-HCM, SuccessFactors (SF) implementation, Enterprise Portal (EP ESS / MSS) Configuration & process knowledge.

The roles & responsibilities will include:

  1. Primary POC (point of contact) for support, solutioning, enhancements in & around SAP HCM, SuccessFactors (SF), Enterprise Portal (EP ESS / MSS) and other applications in HR domain.
  2. Leads enhancement & project team related to business processes, related applications like biometric, L&D applications (Moodle, others), etc.
  3. Drive & manage maintenance & support, enhancements & projects effectively towards completion in time. Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation /rollback /alternative plans.
  4. Design, customize, configure and testing of applications. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Continually review the SAP modules and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Work with stakeholders / vendors to implement changes that improve their business processes.
  6. SME and should be able to guide and mentor the team members.
  7. Manage resources (external & internal) and partners in accordance with project schedule. Use them judiciously & effectively, ensuring high productivity.
  8. Apprising all stakeholders regularly & escalating (if necessary).
  9. Maintains all proper documents related to project in accepted formats as per known standards.
  10. Handing over of the enhancement /project to the support team.
  11. Training team and end users.
  12. Effective testing of changes. Leads testing efforts
  13. Business process study with the help of a business team. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution. Draft RFP and RFQs, evaluate partners & various solutions offerings from vendors.
  14. Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing.
  15. Able to manage teams effectively and with better productivity.
  16. Plans effectively, sets priorities, and manages several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet project deadlines.
  17. Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
