Job Title: SAP Success Factors

Summary of the position:
We're looking for a technically strong People Analytics Consultant to own and optimize our SAP SuccessFactors reporting landscape, supporting 100,000 employees globally.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain reporting (stories, canvas, tables with macros) within SAP SuccessFactors for SF suite Core HR, Performance, Compensation, Talent, Succession Planning, LMS
- Build and optimize queries using People Analytics - create and manage calculated columns, filters, prompts, and metric definitions
- Build and optimize canvas and table reports, including the use of macros
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for reporting area
- Perform data reconciliation and root cause analysis for reporting discrepancies and provide technical support for the users, if needed
- Troubleshoot and continuously enhance the existing reporting landscape, collaborating with SAP support where required
Required skills and qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting (stories, canvas and tables), preferably with wider scope of suite (e.g. Employee Central, Compensation, LMS, Performance, Talent)
- Deep understanding of SuccessFactors data structures and HR object relationships
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
