Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
- At least five years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance management and goal management and holding valid PMGM certificate etc.
- Should have good knowledge in configuring Goal Management and Performance Management (PMGM) templates as per the requirements.
- Should be good in designing templates for performance and goals management with approved workflow and questionnaires.
- Should be good in creating route maps and its associating them with the performance templates.
- Should have working experience in Form template settings and XML changes to form settings in SuccessFactors.
- Should have working experience on configuring of performance rating scales, goals, route map setup, Calibration, CPM. and creation of Role specific and core competencies.
- Should have working experience on goal plan set up: Including Goal plan ID, adding and deleting goals, manually adding goals, setting maximum and minimum goals, Goal weights.
- Should be good in ad hoc reporting and Integration between GM with PM templates and other modules of eco-system
