Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Integration Consultant

Location: Noida

Experience: 610 Years

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant to manage and support integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop integrations using SAP CPI / Integration Center / APIs / OData.
  • Handle inbound and outbound integrations between SF and Payroll, Finance, and third-party systems.
  • Monitor integration jobs and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance standards.
  • Support implementation, enhancements, and upgrades.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Integration.
  • Experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
  • Knowledge of APIs, OData, SFTP, middleware tools.
  • Good understanding of SF modules like EC, RCM, ONB.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification.
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
