Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant to manage and support integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop integrations using SAP CPI / Integration Center / APIs / OData.
- Handle inbound and outbound integrations between SF and Payroll, Finance, and third-party systems.
- Monitor integration jobs and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance standards.
- Support implementation, enhancements, and upgrades.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Integration.
- Experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration).
- Knowledge of APIs, OData, SFTP, middleware tools.
- Good understanding of SF modules like EC, RCM, ONB.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have:
- SAP SuccessFactors certification.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects.
