Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-

Strategic Roadmap Execution: Define and execute the global transformation roadmap for O2C and P2P, ensuring alignment with broader corporate finance strategies and achieving targeted efficiency gains (cost, speed, quality).

Dual-Track Project Leadership: Lead multiple parallel initiatives, balancing technology implementations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA migration, HighRadius deployment) with non-technology workstreams such as global process harmonization, policy standardization, and master data governance.

Technology Integration & Automation: Drive the adoption of HighRadius for AR automation (Cash Application, Collections, Deductions) and ReadSoft for AP invoice automation, ensuring seamless integration with the core SAP landscape.

Process Excellence & Harmonization: Champion the standardization of O2C and P2P processes across diverse geographies to eliminate

redundancy, reducing manual touchpoints and enforcing Global Process Owner (GPO) standards.

Governance & Compliance: Establish and maintain a rigorous project governance framework; oversee schedule adherence, budget management, and risk mitigation while ensuring strict compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between Finance, IT, and Business Operations; conduct high-level steering committee presentations and manage expectations of CFOs, Controllers, and regional finance heads.

Vendor & SLA Management: oversee external vendor performance for outsourced components and technology partners, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

Documentation & Knowledge Management: Enforce superior documentation standards for process maps (L1-L5), SOPs, and technical requirement documents; leverage ServiceNow for knowledge base management.

Education: Master's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; CPA/ACCA/CIMA or MBA preferred.

Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in Finance Transformation, Shared Services, or Consulting (Big 4 background preferred).

Domain Expertise: SME-level knowledge of O2C (Credit, Collections, Cash App) and P2P (Vendor Master, PO/Non-PO Invoice processing, Payments).

Project Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-geography transformation projects exceeding $5M+ budget.

Core Platforms: Expert-level knowledge of SAP FI/CO (S/4HANA experience will be advantage).

Specialized O2C Automation: Hands-on experience with HighRadius or similar advanced AR automation suites.

Specialized P2P Automation: Deep understanding of ReadSoft / Kofax for invoice processing and OCR technologies.

Workflow & Governance: Proficiency in ServiceNow for case management and knowledge management.

General: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Visio.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to navigate complex political landscapes and influence without direct authority.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept at converting technical issues into business impacts for executive audiences.

Presentation: Mastery in creating executive-level decks and presenting to Steering Committees.

Documentation: Meticulous attention to detail in project artifacts, process flows, and governance reporting.
