Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Consultant to join our SAP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SolMan functionalities to streamline IT operations, enable ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and ensure SAP system performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP Solution Manager (7.2 or latest) functionalities including:
• ChaRM (Change Request Management)
• ITSM (IT Service Management)
• Solution Documentation
• Monitoring (System Monitoring, Interface Monitoring)
• Test Suite
• Business Process Monitoring
• Technical Administration
• Collaborate with SAP Basis, security, and functional teams for integrated SolMan operations.
• Manage end-to-end SolMan upgrades, patches, and enhancement packs.
• Develop and maintain SolMan dashboards, reports, and documentation.
• Provide training and support to IT and business users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SolMan-related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure SAP ALM best practices are implemented and maintained.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+years of hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (preferably SolMan 7.2).
• Deep understanding of ChaRM, ITSM, Monitoring, and Solution Documentation.
• Experience with Focused Build and/or Focused Insights is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP technical architecture and integration points.

Preferred:

• SAP certifications related to SolMan or SAP ALM.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
