Job Description

Role Purpose

We are seeking a high-caliber SAP Solution Architect with 12+ years of experience to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a deep technical and functional expert in SAP S/4HANA, specifically bridging the critical intersections of Procurement (MM), Production (PP), and Sales (SD).

You will be responsible for the end-to-end architectural integrity of our S/4HANA landscape, ensuring that global business processes are optimized, scalable, and aligned with a Clean Core strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • S/4HANA Strategy: Design and govern the architectural roadmap for S/4HANA implementations, including Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transitions.
  • Integrated Process Design: Lead the design of cross-functional workflows involving Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Plan-to-Produce (PTF), and Order-to-Cash (OTC).
  • Technical Governance: Evaluate and approve custom developments (RICEFW), ensuring they leverage S/4HANA extensibility (In-App and Side-by-Side via BTP) rather than legacy modifications.
  • Business Transformation: Partner with C-level stakeholders to translate business pain points into S/4HANA-native solutions like aATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise), MRP Live, and embedded Analytics.
  • UX Strategy: Drive the adoption of SAP Fiori to enhance user productivity and ensure a modern, role-based experience across all logistics modules.
  • Integration Management: Oversee complex integrations between S/4HANA and external platforms (Ariba, IBP, MES, or 3PL providers) using APIs and OData services.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 12+ years in SAP, with at least two full-cycle S/4HANA implementations in a Lead Architect role.
  • Technical Depth: Mastery of the S/4HANA simplified data model and the ability to differentiate between ECC and S/4HANA functionalities.
  • Project Leadership: Proven experience leading large, offshore/onshore teams and managing third-party implementation partners.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Certifications: Professional certification in SAP S/4HANA (e.g., Sourcing and Procurement, Production Planning, or Sales) is highly desirable.
