We are seeking a skilled SAP Solution Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in implementing and managing SAP Solution Manager, with a strong focus on optimizing system performance and supporting various SAP functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP Solution Manager to meet business requirements
• Conduct system monitoring and performance tuning
• Provide support for SAP Solution Manager functionalities including Change Management, Incident Management, and Test Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Train end-users on SAP Solution Manager functionalities and best practices
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution within the SAP landscape

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager
• Strong understanding of SAP landscape and integration points
• Experience with Change Request Management, Incident Management, and Test Management processes
• Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager configuration and administration
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
