We are seeking an experienced SAP Solman professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP Solution Manager, with a strong understanding of SAP modules and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SAP Solman solutions to support business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues related to SAP Solman.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP Solman functionalities.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with specifications.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in SAP Solman implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.
• Proficiency in SAP Solution Manager functionalities such as Change Request Management, Test Suite, and IT Service Management.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager configuration and best practices.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
