Key Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize SuccessFactors RCM modules including:
• Job Requisition
• Job Posting
• Candidate Application
• Interview Scheduling
• Offer Management
• Configure Recruiting templates, picklists, rules, permissions, and workflows.
• Support integration between RCM and other modules such as RCB (Recruiting Marketing), EC, Onboarding, and third-party ATS/Background Check solutions.
