Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) Consultant to help design, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules related to employee performance and goal setting. You will work closely with HR and business teams to deliver effective talent management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM module.
- Work with HR and business stakeholders to understand their performance management and goal setting requirements.
- Customize and configure the system to fit business needs, including goal plans, performance forms, and review cycles.
- Provide expert advice on best practices in performance management processes.
- Support data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PMGM module functionality.
- Train and support end users on system features and processes.
- Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors module consultants for integrated solutions.
- Maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Keep up-to-date with new SAP SF PMGM features and updates.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) module.
- Strong knowledge of performance appraisal cycles, goal management, and talent review processes.
- Experience configuring PMGM tools, forms, workflows, and permissions.
- Understanding of HR processes related to performance management.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
- Experience with SuccessFactors integration with other SAP or third-party HR systems is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
