Key Responsibilities
1. Implementation & Configuration
- Lead or support end-to-end implementation of the SAP SF Learning module.
- Gather and analyze client requirements, design functional solutions, and map business processes.
- Configure SuccessFactors LMS (items, curricula, programs, assignment profiles, learning paths, etc.).
- Manage content integration (AICC, SCORM) with third-party content providers.
- Set up and manage LMS administration tools (e.g., users, roles, workflows, catalogs).
2. Business Process Consulting
- Act as the functional point of contact for learning and development processes.
- Recommend process improvements and LMS best practices aligned with business goals.
- Support integration of LMS with other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, PMGM) or third-party systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SFTP, middleware).
3. Testing & Deployment
- Prepare functional specifications and test cases.
- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Assist in cutover activities and Go-Live support.
4. Training & Documentation
- Develop user manuals and conduct training sessions for administrators and end-users.
- Maintain process documentation, configuration guides, and functional specifications.
