Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP/SF LMS Functional Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and implementing Learning Management Systems within SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Learning Management Systems (LMS) within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Configure and implement LMS solutions in SAP SuccessFactors according to client specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for LMS applications post-implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of LMS with other HR modules.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of the system.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors LMS features and functionalities.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong understanding of LMS concepts and best practices in a corporate environment.
- Experience in configuring and managing SAP SuccessFactors LMS modules.
- Proficiency in data migration, reporting, and analytics within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
