- 715 years SAP HCM Payroll experience
- Strong hands-on in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Minimum 23 end-to-end EC Payroll implementations
- Experience as HCM Lead in rollouts / upgrades / enhancements
What the person will do:
- Lead or support SAP EC Payroll implementations (minimum 23 projects)
- Configure and manage AUS & NZ payroll as per statutory laws
- Handle production support, payroll troubleshooting, and enhancements
- Manage integrations (EC ECP S/4HANA Third-party systems)
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and HRIS teams
- Handle year-end payroll activities (EOY patching, statutory reporting)
- Configure Payroll Control Center (PCC)
- Ensure full compliance with tax and employment laws in AUS & NZ
