Job Description:

Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support for the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors Payroll solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Payroll Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to optimize payroll processes, leveraging SuccessFactors capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors Payroll, Employee Central, and other HR systems, including HCM and Neamo, to facilitate smooth data flow and process automation.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and business units to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organizational payroll objectives.

Troubleshooting and Support: Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to SuccessFactors Payroll configurations, processes, and compliance standards.

Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and support to end-users and IT teams, facilitating smooth adoption and utilization of SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
