We are currently looking to hire a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set, achieve job satisfaction and work-life balance. More details as below.

Location : India (remote)

Type : Contract (3+3 months, extendable)

Experience : 12+ years (Exp in Variable Pay is a must)

Shift Timings : 7 am to 4 pm IST (REMOTE)

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of proven experience in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Vaiable Pay modules.
  • Strong understanding of compensation planning components, including salary structures, bonus plans, and equity awards.
  • Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors Compensation with other modules and external systems.
  • Proficiency in managing data files and understanding data structures within SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities :

  • Configure Variable Pay templates and bonus plans
  • Define business, team, and individual measures with weights
  • Configure performance rating mappings from:
  • Goal Management
  • Performance Management
  • Set up payout curves (linear, threshold, accelerator, decelerator)
  • Configure bonus eligibility rules based on employment status and dates
  • Define target bonus percentages by grade, level, or job family
  • Configure individual modifier and adjustment factors
  • Set up proration logic for mid-year hires, transfers, and leaves
  • Configure cap and floor payout rules
  • Configure multiple Variable Pay plans within a single cycle
  • Enable and configure bonus recalculation logic

Integration & Data

  • Configure integration with Employee Central for:
  • Job information
  • Compensation information
  • Pay ranges and salary structures
  • Configure integration with Performance & Goals for rating synchronization
  • Map and manage lookup tables and custom MDF objects
  • Configure import/export templates for employee data, bonus data, and budgets
  • Manage compensation-related EC data replication
  • Validate currency exchange rate tables
