We are seeking
experienced SAP AMS Delivery Managers to lead enterprise Application Management Services engagements for US clients. Work onsite to manage end-to-end SAP operations (ECC/S/4HANA), drive P&L ownership, client relationships, and operational excellence across Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP AMS engagements - Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management
- Drive program planning, P&L management, risk mitigation, operational transformation
- Manage client relationships, create Statements of Work (SOW), milestone tracking
- Financial oversight - budgeting, forecasting, profitability reporting
- Mentor teams, enforce quality standards, implement process automation
- Execute Agile/Scrum methodologies across multiple SAP projects
- Operational improvements - SLAs, KPIs, continuous service enhancement
Required Technical & Leadership Skills
- SAP Expertise: ECC, S/4HANA (techno-functional knowledge)
- AMS Delivery: End-to-end Incident/Problem/Change/Request Management
- Leadership: 12-14 years managing enterprise SAP engagements
- Financial: P&L ownership, SOW creation, financial reporting
- Process: ITIL, Agile/Scrum, service transformation frameworks
- Client-facing: Stakeholder management, executive presentations
Required Certifications
- ITIL (Foundation/Intermediate) - Service Management
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification
- SAP certifications (advantageous)
