Role Overview
ToggleNow is seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant with 5–6 years of expertise to support SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control implementation projects, including Brownfield S/4HANA conversion programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of SAP Security & GRC Access Control for ECC / S/4HANA systems.
- Assist in security activities during Brownfield S/4HANA conversions, including role redesign and remediation.
- Work closely with business and functional teams to translate requirements into effective security role designs.
- Design and build roles in PFCG (single, derived, composite) with organizational structuring.
- Configure and implement SAP GRC modules: ARA, ARM, EAM (Firefighter), BRM.
- Support deployment and configuration of SAP GRC AC embedded in S/4HANA.
- Conduct SoD analysis, identify risks, and assist in remediation and mitigation control design.
- Review and validate rulesets for accurate risk analysis and reporting.
- Configure MSMP workflows and BRF+ rules for access request management.
- Troubleshoot authorizations using SU53, ST01, SUIM and provide testing support to functional teams.
- Contribute across project phases: Blueprint, Realization, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-live, and Hypercare.
- Prepare documentation (role matrix, SoD reports, firefighter process docs) to support audits and compliance.
- Collaborate with Basis, functional teams, auditors, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance.
Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience in SAP Security (ECC / S/4HANA).
- Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control 10.x / 12.x.
- Exposure to Brownfield S/4HANA conversion projects.
- Good understanding of ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM modules.
- Experience in configuring GRC AC embedded in S/4HANA.
- Solid understanding of SoD concepts, access governance, and risk management.
- Strong role design, build, and testing support experience.
- Good troubleshooting skills and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Security and SAP Fiori Security (Catalogs, Groups, Spaces).
- Experience in GRC ruleset updates, access review processes, and compliance reporting.
- SAP Security / SAP GRC certification is a plus.
