Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior SAP Security & GRC Consultant with 810 years of experience to support SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control in an AMS environment. The candidate will handle production support, role governance, SoD analysis, emergency access management, and audit compliance activities across SAP landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide AMS support for SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control across production systems
- Handle incidents, service requests, and change requests and ensure SLA-based closure
- Perform user administration activities including provisioning, role assignment, lock/unlock, and access troubleshooting
- Perform role design and role maintenance in PFCG including derived roles, composite roles, and role cleanup
- Support SAP GRC modules including ARA, ARM, EAM (Firefighter), and BRM
- Conduct SoD analysis, risk identification, mitigation control implementation, and remediation support
- Troubleshoot authorization issues using SU53, ST01, SUIM, and related SAP security tools
- Support audit and compliance activities including access review reports, firefighter log review, and documentation
- Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and SAP Basis teams for smooth security operations
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Security (ECC / S/4HANA)
- Proven expertise in SAP GRC Access Control
- Hands-on working knowledge in ARA, ARM, EAM, and BRM
- Strong understanding of SoD concepts, risk analysis, mitigation controls, and access governance
- Strong experience in authorization troubleshooting and production support
- Experience working in AMS with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow / Remedy / Jira
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Security and SAP Fiori Security (Catalogs, Groups, Spaces)
- Experience in GRC ruleset updates, access reviews, and compliance reporting
- SAP Security / SAP GRC certification is an added advantage
