Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Security Consultant to manage user access, roles, and authorizations while ensuring compliance with organizational security and audit requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP security frameworks, role design, and governance processes within an AMS support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 AMS support for SAP Security, including user and authorization management.
- Manage user access, roles, and profiles across SAP systems.
- Design and implement role-based access control (RBAC) in alignment with business requirements.
- Create, modify, and maintain roles, authorization objects, and profiles.
- Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with security policies and audit requirements.
- Work closely with auditors and stakeholders during internal and external audits.
- Identify and mitigate Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure secure system access.
- Maintain proper documentation for roles, authorizations, and security processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in SAP Security & Authorization.
- Strong expertise in:
- SAP Roles and Profiles
- Authorization Objects
- User Administration
- Experience in role design and RBAC implementation.
- Good understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts.
- Knowledge of SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and frameworks.
- Experience in audit handling and compliance management.
- Familiarity with AMS support environments and ITIL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with S/4HANA Security.
- Exposure to Fiori Security and Role Design.
- Knowledge of identity management and access governance tools.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently in a support environment
