Job Role : SAP Security BTP Architect

Job Description:
- Act as Cyber Security representative in all project and architecture forums
- Ensure secure design and setup of SAP Integration Suite within SAP BTP landscape
- Validate SAP BTP security architecture including:
- Subaccount and global account security configuration
- Role collections and authorization design
- Identity and Access Management integration (IAS / corporate IdP)
- Secure System-to-System communication
- Review Physical/Network Diagrams
- Defining and baselining Cyber Security Controls for SAP Integration/Interfaces
- Validate secure connectivity using Cloud Connector, VPN etc.
- Supporting in completing Metamodel, Data Privacy, Business Impact, Security Risk & Threat Modeling Assessments related to SAP Interfaces & APIs
- Review OAuth2, certificate-based authentication (mTLS), SAML and token management implementation
- Ensure encryption standards for data in transit and at rest
- Establish logging, monitoring, and audit configuration aligned with enterprise SIEM
- Review API exposure controls and external integrations
- Ensure adherence to least privilege, RBAC, and secure secret management
- Perform security architecture assessment, generate and register risk-based security findings in Oplane and maintain the documentation in Confluence for governance and traceability.
- Ensure structured knowledge transfer and formal handover to IKEA security consultants
Required Experience
- 8–12+ years in SAP / enterprise security architecture
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP BTP security & SAP BTP Services
- Awareness on SAP PO, SAP Integration Suite implementations
- Proven experience in at least one migration project of PO → Integration Suite
- Deep understanding of OAuth2, SAML, certificates, API security, IAM, and cloud security architecture
- Experience securing SAP BTP subaccounts and integration scenarios
- Strong documentation, governance, and stakeholder management skills
