Roles and Responsibilities
- 6 to 8 years of overall SAP SD consulting experience
- Minimum 56 years of support project experience and 12 years of implementation experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash processes
- Hands-on experience with sales transactions including quotation, sales order, delivery, and invoice processes
- Experience with consignment sales processes
- Strong integration knowledge with FI and MM modules
- Experience with STO process
- Expertise in pricing, tax determination, and output determination
- Experience handling credit management and rebate processes
- Experience working with BOM processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of interfaces across systems
- Ability to document functional designs, user manuals, and test cases
- Proactively identify and propose process or system improvements
- SAP ECC SD and S/4HANA certifications are an added advantage
Professional Attributes
- Very good communication and client-facing skills
- Additional implementation experience of 34 years is an added advantage
- Functional domain experience is beneficial
- Cross-module and integration knowledge is mandatory
- Ability to work in a team supporting multiple projects including support and enhancements
- Ability to understand client requirements and deliver solutions with proper documentation
- Experience supporting users across multiple countries
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience working with overseas customers; experience with Eastern countries is a plus
- Team player with strong collaboration, leadership, and ownership qualities
- Ability to work independently with strong analytical and self-learning skills
- Willingness to take on-call support on a rotational basis
- Willing to work in shift timings to support East Asia, Singapore, and Dubai regions
